In the event that no information can be obtained on the subject matter(s) through our agreed efforts, CLIENT shall nevertheless be responsible for the payment of all fees agreed to be paid as specified above.

GENERAL USE OF DATA: CLIENT agrees that the information supplied by TRIS strictly for its own use, and that this information will NOT be used by CLIENT for any purposes prohibited by any governmental laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and/or regulations or with the intent to stalk, harm, slander or hurt another in anyway.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT: CLIENT agrees that any requested reports or information which maybe covered by the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT must be used in full compliance with the terms and intentions of that ACT. CLIENT recognizes and understands that the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT provides that anyone "who knowingly and willfully obtains information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses shall be fined not more that $5,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

ANY FACSIMILE ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION of this agreement shall be deemed to be and shall serve as if it were the original agreement between the parties, providing all legal rights and remedies under the governing law of the STATE OF FLORIDA or other applicable governmental authorities. Client also agrees to pay any attorney's fees and court costs which we may incur in collecting any unpaid amount and agrees to pay any attorneys fees and court costs incurred by TRIS in defending any lawsuit brought by client or client's representatives. Client agrees to give up right to local jurisdiction and understands and consents to any case arising from non-payment of a bill to be heard under Florida jurisdiction.

Iowa Administrative Office of Courts - Description: Administrative records contain felony and misdemeanor conviction records of individuals who are or have been under the jurisdiction of the Iowa Court System. Data may contain Offender Name, DOB, Crime Charged, Statute, and Disposition. Age of Records: Felony ‐ July 1999 – December 1999, and January 2004 – Present

Iowa Department of Corrections - Description: Felony and high‐level misdemeanor records on persons sentenced to serve time in a state correctional institution. Contains records on approximately 202,000 persons. Records may show Name, DOB, Race, Sex, County, Charge, Level of Offense, File Date, and Sentence Date. Age of Records: 1982 Update Frequency: Monthly.

Department of Corrections ‐ Probation -Description: Probation records on all offenders currently on probation under the jurisdiction of
the state probation office for offenses committed since 1975. Results may include Name, DOB, Race, Sex, Case Number, County/Jurisdiction, Charge, File Date and Sentence. Age of Records: 1975 – February 2007

Iowa Sex Offenders - Description: Data contains individuals, with photos, who have been convicted or adjudicated of a Criminal offense against a minor, sexual exploitation, or a sexually violent crime or was on probation, parole, or work release status, or was incarcerated. Registration does include
individuals that have received a deferred sentence or deferred judgments and can include convictions from other jurisdictions such as other states and/or federal convictions. Data contains photos and DOB for all offenders.
